I came in for service on my truck, even though my appointment wasn’t scheduled for a few more days. Val tried to find parts for my 2000 super duty Ford F250 4x4 . The rodents got into my wiring and worst they severed the fuel line, which is a high pressure line for a V-10 gas engine. Ford no longer manufactures the parts needed to repair but she tried every avenue to repair. No success but not from the lack of effort.

I was visiting from out of town, and suffered some engine troubles On my diesel truck. I happen to have called early in the morning and was able to be seen the same day. I gave them the run around for a few days before I decided to buy the Chevy Express van. I was never pressured by Juan or Lizzie. I was able to do all of the financing at my own pace and come in when it was convenient for me. Highly recommend.

Unsatisfactory. Not with the dealership but with Ford. The dealership has always treated me good however, the two issues with my truck that need to be fixed before the warranty expires won’t be because it doesn’t happen when they look at it. This is despite the fact that I have video of it happening. At rattling issue in the door and only 1 mirror folding closed.

Very accommodating in price on a used bronco 2023 their customer service,sales team and the parts and service dept is A1. I had my f350 in the their shop which was also a great experience for me. Would recommend to a freind or family member looking for a Ford car or truck.

I’m a very understanding customer. Mistakes happen, and I never expect perfection. What matters is how those mistakes are handled. Unfortunately, despite several opportunities to make things right, the service experience at Damerow never seemed to improve.

Wow! Talk about a 5 star experience 🎉. I think most of us dread taking our vehicles in for service, but Valentina and the whole crew made the experience painless. All the work was completed on time, the quote process was detailed and the communication was flawless from my first call to set up the appointment, to frequent updates during repairs, to picking up my vehicle. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Service was great until I tried to ask about the protective coating I paid for. I was given the runaround three different times and never received a return phone call. I was eventually referred to another employee, who simply walked out and told me that no service department does that. At that point, I walked away feeling frustrated because no one seemed willing to help or explain what I had purchased. Unfortunately, this experience has made me question whether I’ll return to Tonkin Hillsboro.
Incredible experience at this shop Valentina was by far one of the most helpful people I’ve ever met, very communicative had an answer for any question I asked and got all the work done in an incredible time frame. If you ever need your ford serviced ask for Valentina and I can assure you she will blow you away with the customer service, I can’t say enough good things about my experience here they have gained a life long customer for sure!!

Very nice people here and my car service was done in 1.5 hours, exactly as they estimated. They text a very thorough list and video of everything inspected and serviced, as well as any optional add ons.

Great people and good coffee but unfortunately I think I’m going to have to replace some of the gears in the differential because it is still making the same grinding noise, but the people at the service department at RON Tonkin Ford told me it might be that so it’s not on them. It’s just something that has to be repaired because of long use and many miles on the truck.

I can’t say enough good things about Tonkin Hillsboro Ford, especially Ray Valero. I called regarding a recall on my 2022 Ford F-150 that several shops closer to me told me they couldn’t complete because the parts were on backorder. When I spoke with Ray, he immediately confirmed that he had the parts available and was able to work around my schedule to get me in as soon as possible.

The service was very good. Roy and the the staff were very competent. They did a good job and explained what was found and the vehicle was in good condition.
Service was not done on time and when I asked questions they were rude.
